9:00 AM Traditional Service in the Sanctuary
10:00 AM Sunday School for all ages
11:00 AM Contemporary Service in the Fellowship Hall 

Traditional Online Worship Service is available every Sunday Live at 9:00 AM online here.

We offer Sunday School classes for all ages, children, youth and adults, at 10 AM each Sunday. Nursery is available for children ages 4 and younger. 

We celebrate Holy Communion at worship services every first Sunday of the month. We typically share by intinction, but you may pick up an individual serving as you enter if you prefer to receive communion in that way. We also offer gluten free wafers and separate cups for those with gluten allergies. All are welcome to God’s table! To stay up to date with changes, check out our weekly newsletter here.

Sermons by Phone

If you have a phone, any phone, and you can dial a number you can listen to our weekly sermons. The sermon for the previous Sunday will be available on Monday afternoons. The number to dial is 919-200-4128. Please pass along to church members that cannot receive emails. We also have magnetic cards in the office with the number on it for your convenience in passing out to friends and family.

Altar Flowers

We have fresh flowers on the Sanctuary Altar every Sunday. If you would like to sign up to sponsor the sanctuary altar flowers, please click the link below or contact the church office. The flowers are $65 per service. You may mail in your check to Horne Memorial UMC, PO Box 475, Clayton NC 27528 with flowers in the memo. You may pay online through GivePlus and write flowers in the memo, but please sign up on the altar flower link below to make sure the date you want is available. The flowers may be taken home after the 9:00 service if you would like. Make sure to leave the plastic sleeve in the bronze vase and just take the paper base home with your flowers. If you leave the flowers, they will be delivered to someone to enjoy for the rest of the week.
